In the unlikely event of any broken glass we would recommend to leave the broken glass in the box and only extract those bottles that are undamaged.

If the courier is not contacted, they will automatically try to deliver your goods on the next two consecutive working days, leaving a contact card on the first day and a card to advise of the consignment being returned to the depot on the second. If you are not in when the goods are delivered, goods may be left with neighbours and/or a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery.
